La compañía se fundó en 1995 en Gdansk bajo el nombre de MBM SA. En 1996 comenzó a suministrar a cadenas y supermercados de autoservicio mayorista. En 2001 Uni-Veg Import adquirió una participación mayoritaria, cambiando su ubicación a Zabia Wola, cerca de Varsovia, desde donde se llevan cabo las actividades logísticas.
