UNIVEG Hot Cuisine America received the distinguished BACC Entrepreneurship award from the Belgian American Chamber of Commerce on November 14th in New York city.
On November 14, 2009 during an award ceremony at the W-Hotel in Midtown New York, UNIVEG Hot Cuisine America received the prestigious BACC entrepreneurship Award. The BACC presents this award each year to a company that shows insight into the US market, endurance, marketing success and environmental awareness.
UNIVEG Hot Cuisine America received this award, in part, for demonstrating its commitment to offering high quality products using a state of the art production process.
UNIVEG Hot Cuisine America is a subsidiary of the UNIVEG group of companies. UNIVEG started constructing its convenience operations in Swedesboro, New Jersey (USA) in June 2007. This marked the launch of UNIVEG's convenience activities in the US market.
In early 2008, UNIVEG Hot Cuisine America started manufacturing and delivering fully cooked, fresh prepared ready meals exceeding both the USDA and FDA standards. Blending European and American production techniques, UNIVEG Hot Cuisine America is able to manufacture gourmet food tailored toward the North American consumer.
