UNIVEG appoints Theo de Kool as Chief Financial Officer

UNIVEG announces the appointment of Theo de Kool as Chief Financial Officer, as from 15 March 2010.
As CFO, Theo de Kool will be responsible for the financial, legal and ICT functions in the UNIVEG group.
Theo de Kool brings with him a unique set of experiences, having most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Sara Lee Corporation, based in Chicago.
Prior to that, Theo served as CFO at Sara Lee-Douwe Egberts and Blokker in the Netherlands.

Theo de Kool holds a Masters degree in Economics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam (the Netherlands). He will operate from the UNIVEG headquarters in Belgium.
