The overseas production units will form a separate legal entity called UNIVEG Fruitpartners. UNIVEG Fruitpartners will solidify commitment to primary production and target new terrritory. UNIVEG Fruitpartners will continue to be jointly owned by the existing shareholders of UNIVEG Group. In addition UNIVEG Fruitpartners will attract other partners to invest in existing and new to be defined production areas.
3. The furher focus on UNIVEG's core business and restructuring of the operations will also imply right-sizing of the organization of UNIVEG Headquarters.
