UNIVEG Deutschland’s affiliate Josef Ahorner changed its name to UNIVEG Austria

The UNIVEG group of companies announced today that it has changed the name of its company Josef Ahorner into UNIVEG Austria. The new name draws upon the company's significant brand recognition.

Benefitting from UNIVEG's worldwide sourcing capabilities, UNIVEG Austria provides the full spectrum of fruits and vegetables and related services to a broad European customer base, including Eastern Europe.
UNIVEG Austria will develop the Austrian and East European retail market as a complete fresh produce solution provider.

For customers and suppliers of UNIVEG Austria there are no changes to the way business is being done. The familiar contact partners will continue to work for its customers. Locations of UNIVEG Austria in Wien and Innsbruck will continue to operate as they did in the past and will guarantee fast delivery and seamless control of the supply chain.
