The company was established in 1995 under the name MBM SA in Gdansk. In 1996 it started to supply cash & carry chains and supermarkets. In 2001 a majority stake was acquired by Uni-Veg Import changing its location to Zabia Wola near Warsaw from where the main logistic activities are being carried out.
