The company is located in Zabia Wola near Warsaw.
It was founded in 1995 in Gdansk under the name Henk Vis Sp. z o.o. as a domestic refrigerated transport provider. In 1999 it became an international transport provider. In 2000 the company was acquired by Uni-Veg Import.
In 2003 the company moved to Zabia Wola and changed its name to EFT Polska Sp. z o.o.
Since 2003 it has experienced dynamic growth in domestic transport for large retailers. EFT has a large international customer base to which it provides temperaturecontrolled transport systems.
